Balogh L\u00e1szl\u00f3, az Ingatlan.com vezet\u0151 gazdas\u00e1gi szak\u00e9rt\u0151je elmondta, hogy ha egyre t\u00f6bb ad\u00e1sv\u00e9tel sz\u00fcletik egy piacon, akkor a kereslet \u00edve f\u00f6lfel\u00e9 \u00edvel, aminek eredm\u00e9nyek\u00e9ppen az \u00e1rak is n\u00f6vekedni tudnak, hiszen a megl\u00e9v\u0151 k\u00edn\u00e1latot felsz\u00edvja a kereslet.<\/p>\n<p>A tavalyi \u00e9v a piacon egy kis megnyugv\u00e1st hozott, mivel 2015-h\u00f6z k\u00e9pest megn\u0151tt az \u00e9rt\u00e9kes\u00edt\u00e9s ideje: 2015-ben 60-80 nap volt egy ingatlan \u00e1tlagos elad\u00e1si ideje a nagyv\u00e1rosokban, 2016-ra ez a sz\u00e1m 80-100 napra tol\u00f3dott ki.
