Ltd. 75 000 darab Mol-t\u00f6rzsr\u00e9szv\u00e9nyt v\u00e1s\u00e1rolt, darabonk\u00e9nt 15 382,93 forint \u00e1tlag\u00e1rfolyamon. Ez\u00e1ltal a Sertorius Ltd. tulajdona a Mol \u00e1ltal kibocs\u00e1tott r\u00e9szv\u00e9nyb\u0151l 145 000 darabra n\u0151tt. Ltd. r\u00e9szv\u00e9nyenk\u00e9nt 6373 forint \u00e1tlag\u00e1ron 325 000 darab OTP t\u00f6rzsr\u00e9szv\u00e9nyt v\u00e1s\u00e1rolt. Ez\u00e1ltal a Sertorius Ltd. tulajdonr\u00e9sze az OTP Bankban 0,26 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kra n\u0151tt. Cs\u00e1nyi S\u00e1ndor OTP eln\u00f6k-vez\u00e9rigazgat\u00f3 k\u00f6zvetlen\u00fcl fenn\u00e1ll\u00f3 r\u00e9szv\u00e9nytulajdona az OTP-ben ek\u00f6zben v\u00e1ltozatlan maradt.<br \/>\n    A Mol \u00e9s az OTP h\u00e9tf\u0151n arr\u00f3l adott t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st, hogy a Cs\u00e1nyi S\u00e1ndor k\u00f6zvetett tulajdonosi r\u00e9szesed\u00e9s\u00e9vel m\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151 szingap\u00fari sz\u00e9khely\u0171 Sertorius Global Opportunities Fund Pte. Ltd. m\u00e1rcius 4-\u00e9n 70 000 darab Mol-t\u00f6rzsr\u00e9szv\u00e9nyt \u00e9s 400 000 darab OTP-t\u00f6rzsr\u00e9szv\u00e9nyt v\u00e1s\u00e1rolt, darabonk\u00e9nt 15 138,96 forint, illetve 6284 forint \u00e1tlag\u00e1ron.
