Az \u00e1rbev\u00e9tel \u00e9s a profit tov\u00e1bbi n\u00f6veked\u00e9s\u00e9vel az \u00faj fejleszt\u00e9sek 2017. \u00e9vi \u00e1tad\u00e1sa ut\u00e1n sz\u00e1mol a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g.<br \/>\n    A kamatfizet\u00e9s, ad\u00f3z\u00e1s \u00e9s \u00e9rt\u00e9kcs\u00f6kken\u00e9si le\u00edr\u00e1s el\u0151tti eredm\u00e9ny (EBITDA) 8,8 milli\u00f3 eur\u00f3ra n\u0151tt 2015-ben az el\u0151z\u0151 \u00e9vi 7,7 milli\u00f3 eur\u00f3 ut\u00e1n. Az \u00fczemi eredm\u00e9ny 4,7 milli\u00f3 eur\u00f3 volt, m\u00edg 2014-ben 3,7 milli\u00f3 eur\u00f3t tett ki. Az ad\u00f3z\u00e1s el\u0151tti eredm\u00e9ny tavaly k\u00f6zel 3,6 milli\u00f3 eur\u00f3 volt, a megel\u0151z\u0151 \u00e9vi 2,6 milli\u00f3 eur\u00f3t k\u00f6vet\u0151en.<br \/>\n    A jelent\u00e9s szerint a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g ingatlanjainak becs\u00fclt piaci \u00e9rt\u00e9ke 150 milli\u00f3 eur\u00f3, a k\u00f6nyv szerinti \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00fck pedig 60 milli\u00f3 eur\u00f3.<br \/>\n    A t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g k\u00f6zl\u00e9se szerint a jelenleg gyakorlatilag teljes kihaszn\u00e1lts\u00e1g\u00fa 53 ezer n\u00e9gyzetm\u00e9ternyi iroda, labor \u00e9s egyetemi \u00e9p\u00fcletegy\u00fcttes tov\u00e1bbi b\u0151v\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9nek keret\u00e9ben \u00f6sszesen 8 ezer n\u00e9gyzetm\u00e9ter \u00faj iroda \u00e9s t\u00f6bb mint 300 g\u00e9pkocsi befogad\u00e1s\u00e1ra alkalmas m\u00e9lygar\u00e1zs \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t kezdt\u00e9k meg, az els\u0151 f\u00e1zis \u00e1tad\u00e1sa 2017. elej\u00e9n v\u00e1rhat\u00f3.<br \/>\n    Az \u00faj fejleszt\u00e9sek finansz\u00edroz\u00e1s\u00e1ra tavaly \u00e9v v\u00e9g\u00e9n 10 \u00e9ves futamidej\u0171, \u00f6sszesen 16,5 milli\u00f3 eur\u00f3 keret\u00f6sszeg\u0171 hitelszerz\u0151d\u00e9st k\u00f6t\u00f6ttek az Erste Bankkal, r\u00e9szben a Magyar Nemzeti Bank n\u00f6veked\u00e9si hitelprogramja keret\u00e9ben &#8211; k\u00f6z\u00f6lte a Graphisoft Park.<br \/>\n    A Graphisoft Park r\u00e9szv\u00e9nyeivel a Budapesti \u00c9rt\u00e9kt\u0151zsde pr\u00e9mium kaeg\u00f3ri\u00e1j\u00e1ban kereskednek.
