(TVK) r\u00e9szv\u00e9nyekre tett nyilv\u00e1nos v\u00e9teli aj\u00e1nlat\u00e1t &#8211; jelentette be a Mol h\u00e9tf\u0151n a B\u00c9T honlapj\u00e1n.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"ads-in-post1\"><div id=\"gazdasagportal.hu_fullbanner_wideboard\"><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n<p>    A Mol janu\u00e1r 13-\u00e1n r\u00e9szv\u00e9nyenk\u00e9nt 4984 forinton \u00f6nk\u00e9ntes nyilv\u00e1nos v\u00e9teli aj\u00e1nlatot tett a TVK \u00e1ltal kibocs\u00e1tott, n\u00e9vre sz\u00f3l\u00f3, szavazati jogot megtestes\u00edt\u0151, a Mol \u00e1ltal m\u00e9g nem birtokolt t\u00f6rzsr\u00e9szv\u00e9nyeire.<br \/>\n    Az aj\u00e1nlati \u00e1r r\u00e9szv\u00e9nyenk\u00e9nt 4984 forint, az aj\u00e1nlati id\u0151tartam kezd\u0151napja febru\u00e1r 4., z\u00e1r\u00f3napja m\u00e1rcius 5. Az \u00f6nk\u00e9ntes nyilv\u00e1nos v\u00e9teli aj\u00e1nlat sor\u00e1n lebonyol\u00edt\u00f3k\u00e9nt az UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt., t\u00e1rs-lebonyol\u00edt\u00f3k\u00e9nt az Equilor Befektet\u00e9si Zrt. j\u00e1r el.<br \/>\n    A Mol jelenleg a TVK 94,86 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kos t\u00f6bbs\u00e9gi tulajdonosa. Az aj\u00e1nlat sikeres lez\u00e1r\u00e1s\u00e1t k\u00f6vet\u0151en a Mol \u00e9lni k\u00edv\u00e1n v\u00e9teli jog\u00e1val az \u00f6sszes, tulajdon\u00e1ba nem ker\u00fclt r\u00e9szv\u00e9nyre, ez pedig a r\u00e9szv\u00e9nyek automatikus kivezet\u00e9s\u00e9t eredm\u00e9nyezi a Budapesti \u00c9rt\u00e9kt\u0151zsd\u00e9r\u0151l.<br \/>\n    A 4984 forintos aj\u00e1nlati \u00e1r a TVK 2013. \u00e9vi, nemzetk\u00f6zi p\u00e9nz\u00fcgyi jelent\u00e9si szabv\u00e1ny (IFRS) szerinti, konszolid\u00e1lt \u00e9ves besz\u00e1mol\u00f3ja alapj\u00e1n megegyezik az egy r\u00e9szv\u00e9nyre jut\u00f3 saj\u00e1t t\u0151ke \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9vel.
