A v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s ut\u00e1n birtokolt 404 223 darab Egis-r\u00e9szv\u00e9nnyel az alap szavazati ar\u00e1nya 5,192 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kra m\u00f3dosult.<br \/>\nA B\u00c9T adatai szerint az Egisnek eddig nem volt a f\u0151tulajdonos Servier-n k\u00edv\u00fcl m\u00e1s 5 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kn\u00e1l nagyobb r\u00e9szv\u00e9nyese.<br \/>\nA francia Servier-csoport szeptember 24-\u00e9n tett v\u00e9teli aj\u00e1nlatot az Egis valamennyi r\u00e9szv\u00e9ny\u00e9re, 28 000 forintos r\u00e9szv\u00e9nyenk\u00e9nti v\u00e9tel\u00e1ron, amely 218 milli\u00e1rd forintra \u00e9rt\u00e9keli az Egis teljes piaci kapitaliz\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1t.
