Az \u00e9v eleje \u00f3ta t\u00f6bb mint 63 ezer ingatlan tal\u00e1lt vev\u0151re, az el\u0151z\u0151 h\u00f3nap teh\u00e1t nagyj\u00e1b\u00f3l az idei \u00e1tlagot hozta. A forgalom nemcsak m\u00e1jusban, de m\u00e1r el\u0151tte is elmaradt kiss\u00e9 tavalyit\u00f3l, de jelent\u0151sen fel\u00fclm\u00falta a 2020-ast, amikor a j\u00e1rv\u00e1ny miatt csak az \u00e9v k\u00f6zep\u00e9n ugrott meg a kereslet &#8211; der\u00fcl ki a k\u00f6zlem\u00e9nyb\u0151l.<br \/>\n    A Duna House 140 milli\u00e1rd forintra becs\u00fcli a m\u00e1jusban szerz\u0151d\u00f6tt jelz\u00e1logk\u00f6lcs\u00f6n\u00f6k \u00f6sszeg\u00e9t. Az ingatlanhitelek piaca ebb\u0151l k\u00f6vetkez\u0151en m\u00e1sk\u00e9pp alakult, mint a forgalom, ugyanis a tavaly m\u00e1jusit 16 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kkal meghaladja, de csaknem 3 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kkal elmarad az \u00e1prilisit\u00f3l. Ennek ellen\u00e9re &#8211; mint \u00edrt\u00e1k &#8211; az el\u0151z\u0151 h\u00f3nap is er\u0151snek sz\u00e1m\u00edt ebb\u0151l a szempontb\u00f3l, a val\u00f3sz\u00edn\u0171s\u00edtett cs\u00f6kken\u00e9s a kiugr\u00f3 m\u00e9rt\u00e9k\u0171 \u00e1prilisi hitelez\u00e9ssel magyar\u00e1zhat\u00f3.<br \/>\n    A k\u00f6lcs\u00f6n\u00f6k felfut\u00e1sa az \u00f6sszefoglal\u00f3 alapj\u00e1n az \u00faj \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u0171 ingatlanokhoz kapcsol\u00f3dik, de a panellak\u00e1sok is n\u00e9pszer\u0171ek voltak m\u00e1jusban, vid\u00e9ken 458-490 ezer forint\u00e9rt, a f\u0151v\u00e1ros pesti oldal\u00e1n 736 ezer forint\u00e9rt, a budain 835 ezer forint\u00e9rt keltek el n\u00e9gyzetm\u00e9terenk\u00e9nt. Az \u00e9ves \u00e1remelked\u00e9s vid\u00e9ken meghaladhatja a 100 ezer forintot, de Budapesten ak\u00e1r a 200 ezer forintot is megk\u00f6zel\u00edtheti. A t\u00e9gla \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u0171ek n\u00e9gyzetm\u00e9ter \u00e1ra vid\u00e9ken cs\u00f6kkent, \u00e9s a f\u0151v\u00e1rosban is csek\u00e9lyebb m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben dr\u00e1gult, mint a panelek\u00e9. A befektet\u00e9si c\u00e9l\u00fa v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1s tov\u00e1bbra is n\u00e9pszer\u0171, \u00e9s nemcsak a f\u0151v\u00e1rosban, \u00f6sszess\u00e9g\u00e9ben az ad\u00e1sv\u00e9telek csaknem harmad\u00e1nak ez volt az oka.
