Az id\u00e9n janu\u00e1ri m\u00e9lyponthoz k\u00e9pest t\u00f6bb mint 8 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kkal n\u0151ttek az \u00e1tlagos b\u00e9rleti d\u00edjak j\u00faliusra.<br \/>\n    Budapesten augusztus k\u00f6zep\u00e9n a kiad\u00e1sra k\u00edn\u00e1lt lak\u00e1sok \u00e9s h\u00e1zak \u00e1tlagos b\u00e9rleti d\u00edja 145 ezer forint volt, ami 5 ezer forintos cs\u00f6kken\u00e9st jelent tavaly augusztushoz \u00e9s 20 ezer forintos visszaes\u00e9st 2019 azonos id\u0151szak\u00e1hoz k\u00e9pest.<br \/>\n    Debrecenben 120 ezer forint volt az \u00e1tlagos b\u00e9rleti d\u00edj a k\u00edn\u00e1lati piacon, szemben az egy \u00e9vvel kor\u00e1bbi 110 ezer forinttal. Miskolcon ugyanakkor 90 ezer forintot tett ki az \u00e1tlagos b\u00e9rleti d\u00edj, ami megegyezik az egy \u00e9vvel kor\u00e1bbival.<br \/>\n    Orsz\u00e1gszerte augusztus k\u00f6zep\u00e9n csaknem 19 ezer kiad\u00f3 lak\u00f3ingatlanb\u00f3l v\u00e1laszthattak a b\u00e9rl\u0151jel\u00f6ltek.
