Az \u00faj \u00e9p\u00fcletben a Knorr-Bremse vas\u00fati \u00e9s haszong\u00e9pj\u00e1rm\u0171veihez k\u00e9sz\u00fclt f\u00e9krendszereket t\u00e1rolj\u00e1k majd &#8211; \u00edrt\u00e1k.<br \/>\n    Hozz\u00e1tett\u00e9k, hogy a megrendel\u0151 a strat\u00e9giai elhelyezked\u00e9s \u00e9s az ingatlanfejleszt\u0151 c\u00e9g rugalmass\u00e1ga miatt d\u00f6nt\u00f6tt a vecs\u00e9si logisztikai park mellett. A CTP olyan funkci\u00f3kat alak\u00edt ki a l\u00e9tes\u00edtm\u00e9nyben, amelyek a Geis Group t\u00e1rol\u00e1si ig\u00e9nyeihez alkalmazkodnak.<br \/>\n    A k\u00f6zlem\u00e9ny K\u00f6z\u00e9p- \u00e9s Kelet-Eur\u00f3pa legnagyobb ipariingatlan-fejleszt\u0151jek\u00e9nt \u00edr a hollandiai k\u00f6zpont\u00fa CTP-r\u0151l, amely t\u00f6bb mint 6,3 milli\u00f3 n\u00e9gyzetm\u00e9ternyi logisztikai ingatlannal van jelen a t\u00e9rs\u00e9g 9 orsz\u00e1g\u00e1ban. Az 1998-ban l\u00e9trej\u00f6tt ingatlanfejleszt\u0151 2015-ben jelent meg Magyarorsz\u00e1gon, \u00e9s id\u00e9n m\u00e1rciusban jelentette be a 80 ezer n\u00e9gyzetm\u00e9teres logisztikai park l\u00e9trehoz\u00e1s\u00e1t Vecs\u00e9sen.
