Az alacsony kamatl\u00e1bak miatt ugyanis er\u0151s a befektet\u0151i kereslet az ingatlanok ir\u00e1nt. A keresletet a kedvez\u0151 hitelkond\u00edci\u00f3k \u00e9s a gazdas\u00e1gi konjunkt\u00fara is \u00e9l\u00e9nk\u00edti.<br \/>\nA n\u00e9met sz\u00f6vets\u00e9gi statisztikai hivatal, a Destatis adatai szerint 2008 \u00e9s 2018 k\u00f6z\u00f6tt k\u00f6zel 50 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kkal emelkedtek az ingatlan\u00e1rak N\u00e9metorsz\u00e1gban.
