Az els\u0151dleges \u00e9s m\u00e1sodlagos piaci v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1sok eredm\u00e9nyek\u00e9nt egy kibocs\u00e1tott k\u00f6tv\u00e9nysorozat legfeljebb 70 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9k\u00e1t birtokolhatja a jegybank, egy v\u00e1llalatcsoporttal szembeni kitetts\u00e9ge pedig nem haladhatja meg a 20 milli\u00e1rd forintot.
